    Add prompts

    Last updated [DATE]

Select Add prompts on the project dashboard to type one prompt, paste a list or import a CSV file; you can also add suggested prompts.

Who can do this: owners and editors.

    Steps

    Type one prompt

    1. Open the project and go to the prompts table.
    2. Select Add prompts, then Add one.
    3. Type the prompt in the box under the table, the way a buyer would ask an AI assistant, and add it.

    Paste a list

    1. Select Add prompts, then Paste a list.
    2. Paste your prompts, one per line.
    3. Select Check prompts, review the list, then select Add (for example, Add 5 prompts).

    Import a CSV file

See Import prompts from a CSV.

    Add suggested prompts

    1. Select Get suggestions. We build up to 10 prompt ideas at a time from your brand, your competitors and your category.
    2. Track the ones that fit. Select Get more for another set.

    What you should see

    • The counter shows how many prompts are active, for example "12 of 20 active prompts".
    • "The next run collects the new prompts." New prompts have no answers until then.

    If it doesn't work

    • "Over 500 characters": shorten the prompt.
    • "Already tracked" or "Duplicate in this list": the prompt is skipped; nothing to do.
    • "Over the 20-prompt limit": you've reached your active-prompt limit. Remove a prompt, or see Plans and limits.
    • "No new suggestions right now. A category in settings gives us more to work with.": add a category in project settings.
