Export a report with your logo

    Last updated [DATE]

Upload your agency's or your client's logo in project settings, then open Export → Report (PDF) and save it as a PDF from your browser's print dialog.

Who can do this: owners and editors upload the logo. Everyone with access can open and print the report.

    Steps

    1. Open the project, select Settings, then go to Logo.
    2. Select Upload logo, or drop a file. Use a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 512 KB.
    3. Upload only a logo you own or have permission to use, such as your agency's or your client's.

    Export the report

    1. On the project dashboard, set the dates, engines and tags you want in the report.
    2. Select Export, then Report (PDF).
    3. In the report preview, select Save as PDF.
    4. In your browser's print dialog, choose "Save as PDF".

    What you should see

The report has your logo, the headline figures with their sample sizes, a Summary table, the chart with its notes, the Prompts with their figures, Top opportunities and Listicles without your brand. If you use Compare, it states the compare period and shows each change. It notes that totals count active prompts only. The logo also shows on share links. Without a logo, the report shows the project name.

    If it doesn't work

    • "Use a PNG, JPEG or WebP file. SVG, GIF and other formats aren't supported.": save the logo as PNG.
    • "The file is over 512 KB. Try a smaller image.": compress or resize it.
    • "That image has too many pixels. Resize it to 4,000 pixels or less on the longest side and try again."
    • "Animated images aren't supported. Use a still PNG, JPEG or WebP."
    • "We couldn't read that image.", "That file is empty.", "That file has extra data after the image." or "That file has hidden content we don't accept.": export a clean copy of the image from your design tool and try again.
    • "Too many logo uploads in a short time." or "Uploads are paused for a moment.": wait a few minutes.
