    Export data as CSV

    Last updated [DATE]

Select Export on the project dashboard and pick one of five CSV files; each file uses the date, engine and tag filters on the page.

Who can do this: owners and editors. Viewers can open and print the report instead.

    Steps

    1. On the project dashboard, set the dates, engines and tags you want.
    2. Select Export. Under CSV files, pick one:
      • Prompts: one row per prompt, with its figures.
      • Daily figures: one row per day and brand.
      • Cited domains: one row per cited site.
      • Cited pages: one row per cited URL.
      • Answers: every answer, with its full text.
    3. Check the filters listed under "Uses the filters on this page".
    4. Select Download CSV.

Exports include AI answers written by third-party AI services; they can be wrong and can name real people. Use them for your own analysis and client reporting, and keep the file secure.

    What you should see

A CSV file downloads. Dates are in UTC. Totals count active prompts only; in the Prompts file, inactive prompts are marked "inactive (not counted in totals)". Column details: CSV import and export.

    If it doesn't work

    • "Only owners and editors can export CSV files.": ask a project owner to export, or to change your role.
    • "Not available on the demo, because its data is invented."
    • "Too many exports in a short time. Try again in a few minutes."
    • "Exports are paused for a moment. Try again in a minute."
    • "Sign in to export.": your session ended. Sign in again.
