    2. Email hello@aivting.com from the address you use to sign in.
    3. Include:
      • the project name,
      • what you were trying to do,
      • the exact message you saw, if any,
      • the date and, for a number that looks wrong, the prompt and engine.
    4. Don't send passwords or card details. We never ask for them.
