    Share link doesn't open

    A share link stops working when it expires after 30 days, when the owner turns it off, or when the owner creates a new link; the person who shared it can send a new one.

    Who can do this: anyone with the link can check it; the project owner creates a new one.

    Steps

    1. Read the message on the page:
      • "This link has expired or was turned off. Ask the person who shared it for a new one."
      • "This link doesn't work": check that you copied the whole link.
      • "Too many requests": please wait a minute, then reload the page.
    2. Ask the person who shared it for a new link.

    If you're the project owner

    1. Open Settings → Share link. It shows "The last link expired on Nov 19, 2026" or "The last link was turned off on Nov 3, 2026".
    2. Select Create share link (or Create a new link) and send the new link. See Create and revoke a share link.

    What you should see

    A working link opens the project's dashboard with "Shared view, read-only" and the date the link expires.

    If it doesn't work

    Each project has one share link at a time. Creating a new link stops the old one, so send the newest link to everyone who needs it.
