Create and revoke a share link

    Last updated [DATE]

A share link is a read-only link to a project's dashboard for people who don't have an account; it's off until you create one, expires after 30 days and you can turn it off at any time.

Who can do this: project owners.

    Steps

    1. Open the project and select Share in the project header (or Settings → Share link).
    2. Select Create share link.
    3. Read the notice, then select Create link. Anyone with the link can see this project's dashboard and sources, including your brand, competitors, prompts and short AI answer excerpts, without signing in.
    4. Select Copy link and send it yourself. The link is shown once, so copy it now.
    1. In Share link, select Turn off.
    2. Confirm with Turn off link. The link stops working right away.

For security we show a link only once. Select Create a new link, then Create new link. The current link stops working as soon as the new one exists.

    What you should see

    • Active, with "Created Oct 20, 2026 · expires Nov 19, 2026".
    • How often it was opened, for example "Opened 3 times, last on Oct 24, 2026", or "Not opened yet".
    • People who open it see "Shared view, read-only" and the date the link expires. Your logo shows if you uploaded one.

    If it doesn't work

    • Your client sees "This link has expired or was turned off": create a new link. See Share link doesn't open.
    • You don't see Share: only owners can create share links.
