    Invite teammates and clients

    Last updated [DATE]

A project owner creates an invite link for one email address and a role, then sends the link themselves; we don't email invites.

Who can do this: project owners. Editors can see who has access but can't invite or remove people.

    Steps

    1. Open the project, select Settings, then go to Members.
    2. Under Invite someone, enter the person's Email and choose a Role:
      • Editor: can see everything and change prompts, tags, competitors and the logo, export CSV files and start runs. Can't manage members or share links.
      • Viewer: can see everything in this project, including AI answers, but can't change anything or start runs.
    3. Select Create invite link.
    4. Select Copy link and send it to the person yourself, for example by email or chat.

Invite only people who should see this project's data.

The link is shown once. It works only for that email address and expires in 7 days.

    What you should see

    • The invite appears under Pending invites with its expiry date until the person joins.
    • To cancel an invite, select Revoke.

    If it doesn't work

    • "Enter a valid email address.": check for typos.
    • "That's you: you already have access.": you can't invite yourself.
    • "maria@example.com already has access.": they're already a member.
    • "maria@example.com already has a pending invite. Revoke it to make a new one.": revoke the old invite, then create a new one.
    • "You already have 20 pending invites, the maximum. Revoke one to invite someone else.": revoke an invite you no longer need.
