    Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so your receipts and invoices come from Lemon Squeezy and you update your billing details there.

    Who can do this: the account owner who pays for the plan.

    Get an invoice or receipt

    Update your payment method or billing details

    2. Save your changes.

    We never ask for your card details by email or chat.

    What you should see

    Your next receipt shows the updated details.

    If it doesn't work

    • A payment failed: [DUNNING: what the customer sees and how long they have to update the card]. Update your payment method using the steps above.
    • You need a different invoice format: email hello@aivting.com with the order number.
