    Import prompts from a CSV

    Last updated [DATE]

Import a CSV file with a column named "prompt", or with your prompts in the first column, up to 200 rows and 100 KB per file.

Who can do this: owners and editors.

    Steps

    1. Prepare the file: one prompt per row, in a column named prompt or in the first column.
    2. Open the project, select Add prompts, then Import a CSV file.
    3. Select Choose a file, or drop the file in.
    4. Select Check prompts.
    5. Review Check before adding. Each line shows what will happen: Will be added, Will be reactivated, or why it's skipped.
    6. Select Add (for example, Add 5 prompts).

Import only prompts you're allowed to use, and don't include personal or sensitive information about individuals.

    What you should see

Prompts added, with totals for Added, Reactivated and Skipped. "The next run collects the new prompts. Skipped lines are listed below."

A prompt you removed earlier is reactivated instead of added again, with its past answers.

    If it doesn't work
