    Filter your dashboard

    Use the filter bar above the dashboard to pick a date range, the engines and the tags; every figure, the chart, the sources and your exports follow these filters.

    Who can do this: everyone with access to the project.

    Steps

    1. Date range. Pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 180 days, or choose Custom and set a start and an end date. Days are UTC dates.
    2. Engines. Turn an engine on or off. Aivting collects the engines listed for your plan. Solo and Agency Lite collect ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Agency Pro adds Gemini and Perplexity. Engines marked Off ("Not collected") or Not offered have no answers.
    3. Tags. Select Tags and pick from Brand, Intent and Your tags.
    4. To remove the tag filter, select Clear tags, or the × on one tag.
    5. Compare (optional). Select Compare, then Previous period or Custom period, then Compare. Each headline figure shows how much it changed, and the chart draws your brand's earlier line dashed. Select Don't compare to turn it off.

    On a phone, select Filters, make your choices, then select Show results.

    What you should see

    • Tags in one group match any of them. Across groups, a prompt must match every group you pick. For example, Commercial + Comparison shows prompts with either intent; adding Branded keeps only branded ones.
    • At least one engine always stays on.
    • A change appears only when both periods have at least 10 answers behind the figure. Otherwise you see "Not enough answers to compare". Fewer answers means a bigger swing from chance alone, so read a small change with care.
    • The report you export states the compare period.
    • The export dialog lists the filters it uses: "Uses the filters on this page".

    If it doesn't work

    • "No prompts match these tags.": clear a tag to see more.
    • "No answers in this window": pick a longer date range or turn on another collected engine.
